- Investment banks conduct extensive analyses of the companies (due diligence), they position the companies on the capital market and ensure a successful share placement. They are also involved in the drafting of the listing prospectus, and must also sign the listing application as an exchange member besides the issuer.

- Lawyers provide support with transformation of the company’s legal form into a joint-stock company (AG) and with the adaptation of the articles of association.
