Sustainability reporting – guidance for issuers
The Vienna Stock Exchange offers a guide for listed and non-listed companies. This guide links the complex topic of sustainability with the concrete information needs of stakeholders such as investors and analysts. You will be provided with an overview of the currently applicable statutory reporting requirements in Austria as well as internationally established reporting standards and an outlook on future statutory reporting requirements. The Vienna Stock Exchange does not impose any mandatory requirements or additional reporting obligations.

Events: International investor conferences
Together with banking partners, the Vienna Stock Exchange organises eight to ten investor conferences per year in important international financial centres such as London or New York. This offers Austrian issuers the opportunity to present their business figures and strategies to foreign investors and to keep in contact with them.
