Criteria for financing
BMCP works cross-sector and can operate in any EU member-state on the basis of its German BaFin licence.
Volume of financing
Minimum volume for individual projects EUR 2-5 million, depending on structure of financing.
Scope of services
- Structuring of equity or debt financing
- Set-up and implementation of security token offerings on the investment platform, as well as token and smart contract programming
- Execution of financing, including investors KYC, AML, etc.
