The Vienna Stock Exchange recorded an equity trading volume of EUR 62.43 billion year-to-date. This is an increase of 4% over the same period last year (Jan-Oct 2021: EUR 60.04 billion). In the month of October 2022, the equity turnover amounted to EUR 4.15 billion.
The most actively traded Austrian stocks were OMV AG with EUR 576 million, ahead of Erste Group Bank AG with EUR 523 million and Verbund AG with EUR 436 million.
