Tuesday evening, the Vienna Stock Exchange announced an adjustment to the free float factor for conwert Immobilien Invest SE. The ATX urgent action committee reached the decision on the adjustment to the free float factor based on the results of the prolonged period of acceptance for the takeover bid of Vonovia SE to the shareholders of conwert Immobilien Invest SE. The free float factor of conwert Immobilien Invest SE in the Austrian indices of the Vienna Stock Exchange decreases from 0.3 to 0.1 pursuant to the Index Rules. The free float factor indicates how many stocks of a company are held widely by the public and defines the weighting of a stock in an index.
The change takes effect as of 30 March 2017. The next quarterly review of the weighting factor will be conducted in June 2017.
