The Rosinger Group is a long-established, diversified operating group whose business activities are divided into two operational divisions.
The foundation is the German-based technical and industrial division, which primarily operates as a technology and systems house for process engineering and energy technology, as well as a licensor of its own process technologies. In parallel, the Austrian-based financial division focuses on the business areas of "own private equity investments," "own private and listed investments," and "highly specialized consulting services." The consulting services here focus on stock market listings, financial engineering, corporate finance, and strategy. Companies within the Austrian division of the Rosinger Group are active on the Vienna Stock Exchange as professional investor, lead manager, capital market coach, direct funding partner, and owner of the "Rosinger Index ROSGIX."
Criteria for financing
Established companies from Austria, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom and CEE with financing reason growth and/or succession planning.
Volume of financing
No fixed limits, as part of a consortium the Rosinger Group can execute structured financing of more than 1,000,000,000 (one billion) Euro together with partners.

Under the direction of current CEO Gregor Rosinger, the Rosinger Group has been involved significantly in 73 listings, IPOs and an Index-Launch and more than 400 capital market projects world-wide since 1985.
