Education is the best investor protection
For more than two decades, the Vienna Stock Exchange has been committed to improving financial literacy. Through educational programmes for schools and private investors, it helps people develop a better understanding of investing, the capital market and long-term wealth creation.
Financial literacy programmes for schools
As a partner of Austria’s National Financial Literacy Strategy, coordinated by the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Vienna Stock Exchange supports teachers in helping students develop financial skills at an early age. It provides free school materials, teacher trainings and presentations for students and cooperates closely with universities of teacher education.
