We are transaction advisors with that certain something – namely an investor group. Our networks comprises around 100 investors for whom we are constantly looking for participation and investment opportunities in the DACH region. The focus is on investments in SMEs - both as majority and minority shareholders - as both passive and active investors.

Region: DACH, but mostly Austria, Industry: all; Stage of company development: no start-ups, only estabished companies; Sales: more than EUR 2mn
Volume of financing
minimal funding volume: EUR 150.000
Scope of services
We focus on transaction advisory/M&A. We support investors in the process of acquiring companies or shares in them. For this purpose we analyse the companies to be sold, determine the company value, develop the appropriate acquisition structure, prepare the company information in the way investors need it and accompany the process in a target-oriented manner until it is successfully completed.
