According to the Rules direct market plus Wiener Börse AG informs, that for the second time VAS AG has repeatedly breached the obligation to publish annual financial statements. VAS AG published an ad-hoc-news on 7 May 2026 and announced, that the publication of the Annual Financial Statement as of 31 December 2025 needs to be postponed. So, VAS AG did not publish its Annual Financial Statement 2025 within the second extended publication period granted by Wiener Börse AG until 31 July 2026 already before.
Wiener Börse AG decided to further extend the publication period for the Annual Financial Statement 2025 of VAS AG until 30 September 2026.
