According to the Rules direct market plus Wiener Börse AG informs, that VAS AG has breached the obligation to publish annual financial statements. The Annual Financial Statement for the business year 2025, ending on 31 December 2025, should have been published until 31 May 2026 at the latest (five months after the end of the business year). VAS AG published an ad-hoc-news on 07 May 2026 and announced, that the new publication date will be fixed as soon as possible.
Wiener Börse AG decided to further extend the publication period for the Annual Financial Statement 2025 of VAS AG until 31 July 2026.
