According to the Rules direct market plus Wiener Börse AG informs, that REPLOID Group AG has breached the obligation to publish annual financial statements. The Annual Financial Statement for the business year 2025, ending on 31 December 2025, should be published until 31 May 2026 at the latest (five months after the end of the business year). REPLOID Group AG published an ad-hoc-news on 27 May 2026 and announced, that the publication of the 2025 Annual Statements will be delayed and the publication of the audited 2025 Annual Statements is now expected to take place in mid-August 2026.
Wiener Börse AG decided to further extend the publication period for the Annual Financial Statement 2025 of REPLOID Group AG until 31 August 2026.
