Wolford has been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange since 1995 and generated 137,22 million euros in 2018/19. Since the beginning of the 2018/19 financial year, Wolford has had a new majority owner - Fosun Industrial Holdings Limited – which holds around 58% of the shares in the company.
