On the occasion of International Women's Day 2025, the Vienna Stock Exchange hosted the "Ring the Bell for Gender Equality" event for the sixth time on 7 March 2025. This initiative gathers around 120 stock exchanges worldwide to raise awareness of women's economic participation and equality.

After a welcome address by Andrea Herrmann, CFO of the Vienna Stock Exchange the programme centred on a discussion with Hannelore Veit on the topic of the USA under Trump 2.0 based on her latest book "Wer hat Angst vor Donald Trump" ("Who's Afraid of Donald Trump").
