New entry: RWT AG listed on direct market plus

(Vienna) As of today, RWT AG is listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange. CEO Reinhard Thor opened the start of trading in the exchange-regulated direct market plus segment with the traditional stock exchange bell. The shares of RWT AG can now be traded once a day in an auction with price determinationat 1.30 pm. The company is the owner of RWT Hornegger & Thor GmbH, specializing in the precision manufacturing of parts and tools for the automotive and aerospace industries. Rosinger Group will act as Capital Market Coach.

"The stock exchange listing is an important milestone in our 25-year company history and opens up new opportunities for further development and innovation. With a high degree of automation and digitalisation in production, we are focusing on forward-looking developments and endeavor further grow," said Reinhard Thor, CEO of RWT AG.

Since 2019, the Vienna MTF with its direct market and direct market plus segments has been aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and expanding start-ups. The easy access to the stock exchange provides companies with a basis for further development on the capital market and possible equity financing. Around 100 direct network partners advise candidates on stock exchange listings.
