Starting today, the Vienna Stock Exchange will calculate and publish the ATX Global Players. The ATX Global Players (ATXGP) is a free float weighted price index made up of all stocks traded on Vienna Stock Exchange and listed in the prime market segment and which generate at least 20 percent of sales outside Europe. The index will be reviewed on a yearly basis in September.
The following five stocks are top weighted in the index at the start:
- voestalpine AG
- Andritz AG
- Schoeller-Bleckmann AG
- Lenzing AG
- RHI AG
Further index constituents are: Palfinger AG, AMAG Austria Metall AG, Semperit AG Holding, Zumtobel AG, Kapsch Trafficcom AG, Rosenbauer International AG, Do&Co Restaurants&Catering AG, AT & S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG, Wolford AG und Century Casinos Inc.
The ATX Global Players is designed as tradable index that can be used as underlying for structured products as well as for standardised derivatives. The ATX Global Players is calculated on a real-time basis in EUR.
