Today the urgent action ATX committee decided the following in light of the takeover offer by CPI Property Group S.A. to the shareholders of S IMMO AG (the "offer"):
Any further reduction in the free float of S Immo AG resulting from shares being tendered in the offer leads to the exclusion of S Immo AG from ATX pursuant to section 5.3.4.1. of the Rules for the Austrian Indices of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
This is as follows: "5.3.4.1. In the event that the capitalized free float of an index stock drops substantially due to a takeover or other similar event, the free float factor will be adjusted or the index stock will be removed from the respective index. ..."
Such an exclusion and its effective date will be announced two trading days in advance.
