Change In Ownership At Wiener Börse

(Vienna) Change in the shareholder structure of Wiener Börse: Generali Holding Vienna AG, AGRANA Fruit GmbH (fomerly Steirerobst AG) and Siemens Aktiengesellschaft Österreich, the latter having become a shareholder of Wiener Börse AG as a consequence of the merger with VA-Tech AG, are transferring their stakes – in total 8.7695 percent – in Wiener Börse due to the delisting of their stocks from the exchange.

Within the scope of this transfer, the companies AGRANA Beteiligungs-Aktiengesellschaft, IMMOEAST IMMOBILIEN ANLAGEN AG and Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft will acquire shares in Wiener Börse AG. The existing owners listed in the following are increasing their shares in Wiener Börse: BÖHLER-UDDEHOLM AG, CONSTANTIA PACKAGING AG, EVN AG, IMMOFINANZ IMMOBILIEN ANLAGEN  AG, UNIQA Versicherungen AG, Wienerberger AG and WIENER STÄDTISCHE Allgemeine Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft.

The supervisory board of Wiener Börse AG approved the sale of the shares at today’s supervisory board meeting. The general ownership structure – Wiener Börse AG belongs 50% to listed companies and 50% to Austrian banks – will not change at all due to these transfers of shares.
