BIOGENA Good Vibes starts trading on the Vienna Stock Exchange

BIOGENA Good Vibes new in direct market plus

(Wien) BIOGENA Good Vibes AG, the group holding company of BIOGENA GROUP, an Austrian healthcare company with international growth ambitions, commenced trading today on the Vienna Stock Exchange's direct market plus segment. Founder and CEO Albert Schmidbauer traditionally opened the first trading day by ringing the stock exchange bell. Baader Bank acts as market maker for the stock (ISIN AT0000A3VAD4) in continuous trading. Bankhaus Martin advised the issuance.

Since 2020, Biogena Group Invest AG, which holds a stake in Biogena Group, has been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange’s direct market plus. Looking ahead, the group intends to consolidate its corporate structure, and a merger of Biogena Group Invest AG with BIOGENA Good Vibes AG is currently under review.

Headquartered in Salzburg, the BIOGENA GROUP develops and manufactures premium micronutrient supplements in Austria. Its product portfolio also includes functional health products, personalised health and longevity concepts as well as consulting services.

“BIOGENA was founded on the idea of rethinking health in a new and holistic way – and over the years, this vision has grown into a corporate group with an international perspective. For me, the listing of BIOGENA Good Vibes AG is therefore much more than a financial milestone: it is the next logical step in our development. Access to the capital market opens up new opportunities for us to introduce our ideas to the world more quickly, continue to expand internationally and position BIOGENA as a strong Austrian health brand in the long-term,” says Albert Schmidbauer, founder and CEO of the BIOGENA GROUP.

The Vienna Stock Exchange’s direct market plus is an EU-registered SME growth market aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises as well as growth companies seeking a simple and cost-effective entry into the capital market. This market segment of the exchange-regulated Vienna MTF enables companies to make their stocks tradable on the Vienna Stock Exchange, gain capital market experience and establish a foundation for future financing steps. A broad network of partners in the direct network, consisting of Capital Market Coaches and Direct Funding Partners, are available to provide guidance and support. Currently, twelve companies are listed on direct market plus.
