According to the Rules direct market plus Wiener Börse AG informs, that VOQUZ Labs AG has breached the obligation to publish annual financial statements. The Annual Financial Statement for the business year 2024, ending on 31 December 2024, should be published until 31 May 2024 at the latest (five months after the end of the business year). VOQUZ Labs AG published an ad-hoc-news on 26 May 2025 and announced, that the Annual Financial Statement for the business year 2024 will not be published on 27 May 2025 as planned.
Wiener Börse AG decided to further extend the publication period for the Annual Financial Statement 2024 of VOQUZ Labs AG until 31 July 2025.
