According to the Rules direct market plus Wiener Börse AG informs, that RWT AG has breached the obligation to publish annual financial statements. The Annual Financial Statement for the business year 2024/2025, ending on 31 January 2025, should be published until 30 June 2025 at the latest (five months after the end of the business year). RWT AG published an ad-hoc-news on 27 June 2025 and announced, that the new publication date will be on the 21 July 2025.
Wiener Börse AG decided to further extend the publication period for the Annual Financial Statement 2024/2025 of RWT AG until 31 July 2025.
