According to the Rules direct market plus Wiener Börse AG informs, that Kostad AG has breached the obligation to publish interim reports. The interim report after the end of the first half-year 2022 should be published until 30 September 2022 at the latest (three months after the end of the first half-year). Kostad AG published an ad-hoc-news on 28 September 2022 and announced, that the interim report can not be published until 30 September 2022 and the new date of publication is scheduled for 31 October 2022.
Wiener Börse AG decided to further extend the publication period for the interim report of Kostad AG on the first half-year 2022 until 4 November 2022.
