According to the Rules direct market plus Wiener Börse AG informs, that Kostad AG has repeatedly breached the obligation to publish annual financial statements. Kostad AG published an ad-hoc-news on 3 August 2022 and announced, that the Annual Financial Statement for the business year 2021 will be published on 15 September 2022 presumably. So, Kostad AG will not publish its Annual Financial Statement 2021 within the extended publication period granted by Wiener Börse AG until 12 August 2022 already before.
Wiener Börse AG decided to further extend the publication period for the Annual Financial Statement 2021 of Kostad AG until 23 September 2022.
