According to the Rules direct market plus Wiener Börse AG informs, that AVENTA AG has breached the obligation to publish annual financial statements. The Annual Financial Statement for the business year 2022, ending on 31 December 2022, should be published until 31 May 2023 at the latest (five months after the end of the business year). AVENTA AG published an ad-hoc-news on 24 May 2023 and announced, that the Annual Financial Statement for the business year 2022 will be published until 26 July 2023 at the latest.
Wiener Börse AG decided to further extend the publication period for the Annual Financial Statement 2022 of AVENTA AG until 30 July 2023.
