Trading admission for S.S.I.F. TRANSILVANIA CAPITAL S.A., Bukarest (Romania)

The Management Board of the exchange operating company, Wiener Börse AG, passed the resolution on 1 October 2013 to admit S.S.I.F. TRANSILVANIA CAPITAL S.A., Bukarest (Romania) as a member to the Vienna Stock Exchange in its function as a securities exchange under the concept of the free movement of services - effective as of 7 October 2013.

The member S.S.I.F. TRANSILVANIA CAPITAL S.A. has been admitted to trading on the cash market for securities through the electronic trading system Xetra® and and will take part in the clearing and settlement system as a direct clearing member for trades concluded on the cash market.

Membership in the Vienna Stock Exchange also entitles members to take part in trading the Third Market operated by Wiener Börse AG as an MTF. The requirements of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act refer to the admission to trading of financial instruments to a regulated market, whereas the obligations of issuers do not apply to financial instruments traded on the Third Market; however, the prohibitions of Articles 48b and 48c Austrian Stock Exchange act do apply.
