The Management Board of the exchange operating company, Wiener Börse AG, passed the resolution on October 25, 2007, to admit Instinet Europe Limited London (U.K.) as a member to Wiener Börse in its function as a securities exchange under the freedom to provide services effective as of October 31, 2007.
The member Instinet Europe Limited has been granted the right to engage in trading in securities (securities trading) with the exception of warrants through the electronic trading system Xetra® and to participate as a direct clearing member (direct clearing member via a clearing agent) in the clearing system for trading in securities.
