The Vienna Stock Exchange recorded an equity turnover of EUR 5.69 billion in May 2019. This was around one billion more than in the previous month (April 2019: EUR 4.68 billion). Year-on-year, this represents an increase of 2.2% (May 2018: EUR 5.57 billion). The most actively traded stocks last month were Erste Group Bank, voestalpine, OMV, Andritz and Raiffeisen Bank International.
