The month of November was marked by lively trading activity on the Vienna Stock Exchange. Equity turnover amounted to EUR 6.28 billion, which represents a significant plus of 35.6% compared to the same month last year (November 2024: EUR 4.63 billion). Since the beginning of the year, domestic and international trading members have generated an equity trading volume of EUR 65.18 billion. Compared to the same period last year, this is an increase of 8.9% (January-November 2024: EUR 59.84 billion).
The most actively traded Austrian stocks in November were:
- Erste Group Bank AG: EUR 1.22 billion
- Raiffeisen Bank International AG: EUR 975 million
- OMV AG: EUR 640 million
