The Vienna Stock Exchange recorded an equity trading volume of EUR 4.94 billion in July 2025. Year-to-date, equity turnover generated by Austrian and international trading participants amounted to EUR 41.87 billion. This represents an increase of 15.5% compared with the same period last year (January-July 2024: EUR 36.26 billion).
The most actively traded Austrian stocks in July were:
- Erste Group Bank AG EUR 1.1 billion
- OMV AG EUR 592 million
- BAWAG Group AG EUR 563 million
