According to the Rules prime market Wiener Börse AG informs, that PIERER Mobility AG has breached the obligation to publish annual financial reports. The Annual Financial Report for the business year 2024, ending on 31 December 2024, should be published until 30 April 2025 at the latest (four months after the end of the business year). PIERER Mobility AG published an ad-hoc-news on 22 April 2025 and announced, that it is postponing the publication of the annual financial report for the 2024 financial year scheduled for the end of April 2025 and is aiming to publish it by May 30, 2025.
Wiener Börse AG decided to further extend the publication period for the Annual Financial Report 2024 of PIERER Mobility AG until 15 June 2025.
