According to the Rules direct market plus Wiener Börse AG informs, that VAS AG has breached the obligation to publish annual financial statements. The Annual Financial Statement for the business year 2024, ending on 31 December 2024, should be published until 31 May 2025 at the latest (five months after the end of the business year). VAS AG published an ad-hoc-news on 28 May 2025 and announced, that the new publication date will be on the 20 June 2025.
Wiener Börse AG decided to further extend the publication period for the Annual Financial Statement 2024 of VAS AG until 30 June 2025.
