According to the Rules direct market plus Wiener Börse AG informs, that UKO Microshops AG has breached the obligation to publish annual financial statements. The Annual Financial Statement for the business year 2024, ending on 31 December 2024, should be published until 31 May 2024 at the latest (five months after the end of the business year). UKO Microshops AG published an ad-hoc-news on 26 May 2025 and announced, that the Annual Financial Statement for the business year 2024 will be published no later than 20 June 2025 presumably.
Wiener Börse AG decided to further extend the publication period for the Annual Financial Statement 2024 of UKO Microshops AG until 30 June 2025.
