The Management Board of the exchange operating company, Wiener Börse AG, passed the resolution on October 23, 2007, to admit Dresdner Kleinwort Securities Limited - London (U.K.) as a member to Wiener Börse in its function as a securities exchange under the freedom to provide services effective as of October 29, 2007.
The member Dresdner Kleinwort Securities Limited has been granted the right to engage in trading in securities (securities trading) with the exception of warrants through the electronic trading system Xetra® and to participate as a direct clearing member (direct clearing member via a clearing agent) in the clearing system for trading in securities.
