The management board of the exchange operating company, Wiener Börse AG, passed the resolution on 2 October 2018 to admit J.P. Morgan AG, Frankfurt am Main (Germany) as a new member to the Vienna Stock Exchange in its function as securities exchange effective as of 5 October 2018.
The member J.P. Morgan AG, Frankfurt am Main is authorized, under the regime of free movement of serivces to take part in securities trading in the cash market via the electronic trading system, Xetra® as a non-clearing member for trades concluded in securities trading.
Membership in the Vienna Stock Exchange also entitles members to take part in trading the Third Market operated by Wiener Börse AG as an MTF.
