The Management Board of Wiener Börse AG passed the resolution to admit Flow Traders B.V. - Amsterdam (Netherlands) as a new member to the Vienna Stock Exchange in its function as securities exchange under the concept of the freedom to provide services in the EU effective as of 7 April 2010.
The member Flow Traders B.V. - Amsterdam (Netherlands) has been admitted to trading on the cash market for securities through the electronic trading system Xetra® and will take part of in the clearing and settlement system as indirect member for trades concluded on the cash market.
Membership in the Vienna Stock Exchange also entitles members to take part in trading the Third Market operated by Wiener Börse AG as an MTF.
