The trading participants of the Vienna Stock Exchange generated an equity turnover of EUR 4.51 billion in the month of May 2023. Year-to-date the trading volume in equities amounted to EUR 25.41 billion.
The most actively traded Austrian stocks were Erste Group Bank AG with EUR 754 million, ahead of OMV AG with EUR 729 million and VERBUND AG with EUR 426 million.
