The Management Board of Wiener Börse AG passed the resolution to admit CACEIS Bank Deutschland GmbH as a new member to the Vienna Stock Exchange in its function as as securities exchange under the concept of the freedom to provide services in the EU effective as of 30 June 2009.
The member CACEIS Bank Deutschland GmbH takes part in the clearing and settlement sytem as a direct member (General Clearing Member) for trades concluded on the cash market of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
