The member Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG - München (Germany) and its branch office Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG London Branch, London (U.K.) will take part of in the clearing and settlement system as indirect members for trades concluded on the cash market of the Vienna Stock Exchange effective as of 6 July 2009.
