Effective 26 September 2007, the membership of Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG - München (Germany) will be extended to cover its branch office in London - Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG London Branch, London (U.K.). The authorization includes participation in trading in securities with the exception of warrants and participation in trading in options and financial futures contracts. Fimat takes part in the clearing and settlement system for trading in securities as a direct clearing member (General Clearing Member), and in the clearing and settlement system for trading in options and financial futures contracts also as a direct member.
