The Management Board of the exchange operating company, Wiener Börse AG, took the decision on 25 November 2010 to admit KBC Bank N.V., Brussels (Belgium) as a member to the Vienna Stock Exchange in its function as a securities exchange under the concept of the free movement of services - effective as of 1 December 2010.
The member KBC Bank N.V. takes part directly in the clearing and settlement system as a Participating Clearing Member for trades concluded on the cash market.
