The Management Board of the exchange operating company, Wiener Börse AG, took the decision on 29 September 2010 to admit Citibank International plc, London (U.K.) as a member to the Vienna Stock Exchange in its function as a securities exchange under the concept of the free movement of services - effective as of 5 October 2010.
The member Citibank International plc takes part directly in the clearing and settlement system as a Participating Clearing Member for trades concluded on the cash market.
