In 2014, the Vienna Stock Exchange launched the state-of-the-art incident management tool supLOG for connectivity customers to improve the incident handling and the related communication.

The supLOG ticketing system has been developed for technical questions and issues regarding member’s connectivity, interfaces and front-ends. It should help customers and the Vienna Stock Exchange as connectivity provider to have a better overview on open questions and issues and shall also speed up the communication flow.

Access to the supLOG ticketing system is possible for all customers connected to Wiener Börse AG via a private network connection. For security reasons supLOG is currently not available via internet.
