Pursuant to the resolution of the Management Board of DO & CO
Aktiengesellschaft passed on 31 October 2014, a private placement by way of
an accelerated bookbuilding for the sale of up to 974,400 shares of DO & CO
Aktiengesellschaft is expected to start on 6 November 2014.
