The Vienna Stock Exchange records equity trading volumes of EUR 6.68 billion in November 2020. This represents an increase of around two billion euros over the previous month (October 2020: EUR 4.75 billion). Compared to the previous year, this is a gain of 27.9% (November 2019: EUR 5.23 billion).
Year-to-date the equity turnover at the leading trading platform for Austrian shares amounts to EUR 63.38 billion. This is a rise of 10.5 % compared to the same period last year (Jan-Nov 2019: EUR 57.34 billion).
With + 24.3%, November was also a record month for the Austrian leading index ATX.
