Raiffeisen Bank International to be included in the ATX five

(Vienna) The following adjustment will be made to the composition of the ATX five after today's review according to the index rules: In the ATX five, the index which contains the five largest ATX stocks, Raiffeisen Bank International AG will replace BUWOG AG. The change will take effect on 20 March 2017. The ATX five will then consist of the following companies: Andritz AG, Erste Group Bank AG, OMV AG, voestalpine AG and Raiffeisen Bank International AG.

To conduct the merger between Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich AG and Raiffeisen Bank International AG, ("RBI") will issue 35,960,583 new shares. The review of the composition of the ATX five is based on a future number of 328,939,621 shares of RBI and a future free float factor of RBI amounting to 0.5.
