The management board of the exchange operating company, Wiener Börse AG, passed the resolution on 11 December 2018 to admit Morgan Stanley Europe SE, Frankfurt am Main (Germany) as a new member to the Vienna Stock Exchange in its function as securities exchange effective as of 14 December 2018.
The member Morgan Stanley Europe SE is authorized, under the regime of free movement of services to take part in securities trading in the cash market via the electronic trading system, Xetra® as a direct clearing member for trades concluded in securities trading.
Membership in the Vienna Stock Exchange also entitles members to take part in trading the Third Market operated by Wiener Börse AG as an MTF.
