The management board of the exchange operating company, Wiener Börse AG, passed the resolution on 14 January 2019 to admit Credit Suisse Securities, Sociedad De Valores, SA, Madrid (Spain) as a new member to the Vienna Stock Exchange in its function as securities exchange effective as of 17 January 2019.
The member Credit Suisse Securities, Sociedad De Valores, SA is authorized, under the regime of free movement of services to take part in securities trading in the cash market via the electronic trading system, Xetra® as a direct clearing member for trades concluded in securities trading.
Membership in the Vienna Stock Exchange also entitles members to take part in trading the Third Market operated by Wiener Börse AG as an MTF.
