The management board of the exchange operating company, Wiener Börse AG, passed the resolution on 12 October 2017 to admit Credit Suisse International, London (U.K.) as a new member to the Vienna Stock Exchange in its function as securities exchange effective as of 17 October 2017.
The member Credit Suisse International, London (U.K.) is authorized, under the regime of free movement of serivces to take part in securities trading in the cash market via the electronic trading system, Xetra® as well as in the clearing and settlement system as a direct member for trades concluded in securities trading.
Membership in the Vienna Stock Exchange also entitles members to take part in trading the Third Market operated by Wiener Börse AG as an MTF.
