New composition of VÖNIX - Sustainability Index on the Vienna Stock Exchange

(Vienna) The composition of the <link www.wienerborse.at/en/indices/index-values/overview/ - external-link-new-window "Opens internal link in current window">VÖNIX</link>, the sustainability index on the Vienna Stock Exchange, is changing effective today. The index has been calculated since 2005 and was one of the first national sustainability indices. It includes those companies listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange that are leaders in ecological and social activities and services. The VÖNIX now consists of the following 19 companies:

LENZING AGZUMTOBEL GROUP AG
OESTERR. POST AG 

Changes compared with the previous year: BUWOG AG was removed from the base universe due to the current takeover procedure.

Vienna Stock Exchange CEO Christoph Boschan: "Green and sustainable investments have long been a central theme on the international financial markets.
