The Management Board of the exchange operating company, Wiener Börse AG, passed the resolution on 7 October 2008 to admit Van der Moolen Effecten Specialist B.V. - Amsterdam (Netherlands) as a member to the Vienna Stock Exchange in its function as a securities exchange under the concept of the free movement of services operating out of the Netherlands and its branch office in Germany, Van der Moolen Effecten Specialist B.V., Cologne Branch Köln (Germany) effective as of 14 October 2008.
The member Van der Moolen Effecten Specialist B.V. and its branch office in Cologne is entitled to take part in trading on the cash market in proprietary securities trading with the exception of warrants via the electronic trading system Xetra® and shall take part in the clearing system for trades concluded on the cash market as a non-participating member of clearing.
Furthermore, effective as of the same date Van der Moolen Effecten Specialist B.V. Cologne Branch shall be authorized to act as market maker for the shares and ADCs listed below:
