RBI regards Austria, where it is a leading corporate and investment bank, as well as Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) as its home market. Subsidiary banks cover 12 markets in the region. In addition, the Group includes numerous other financial service providers active in areas such as leasing, asset management, factoring and M&A. In total, around 45,000 RBI employees serve 18.6 million customers from more than 1,500 business outlets, the vast majority of which are in CEE. At year-end 2023, RBI’s total assets stood at € 198 billion. The regional Raiffeisen banks hold 61.17 per cent of RBI’s shares. The remaining shares are held in free float.
